We represent the tax exempt governmental entity, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, on a variety of issues. We have also served as special counsel to the Brevard County Property Appraiser’s Office with regard to classification of real property issues and even had the privilege to represent NASA with regard to patent prosecution matters. Recently, the firm served as special counsel to the Brevard County School District and have represented the City of Palm Bay in trademark matters. We also served as counsel to the Barefoot Bay Recreation District for several years, and in that capacity, acted as the District attorneys for all matters. Guardianships are legal proceedings involving the appointment of a guardian to exercise the legal rights of an incapacitated individual, whether an adult or minor child.
