Members of the Widerman Malek team participated in the Wacky Tacky Golf Tournament on Friday March 18, 2016 to benefit the Bridges Foundation. Bridges is a non-profit that serves individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities with residential housing, respite, day programs, recycling facility, and employment services. Bridges also proudly operates the Patriot House which provides residential and employment services to help disabled veterans in our community. The goal of the Patriot House is destabilized the veteran so they can find employment, affordable housing, and live independently again. Over 300 individuals receive needed services each day. Please consider joining Widerman Malek in supporting the Bridges Foundation.

Attorneys and Staff from Widerman Malek, PL not only took part in, but stole the show, at the 1st Annual Wacky Tacky Golf Tournament held at Duran Golf Club on May 16, 2015 to support The Bridges Foundation. The Bridges Foundation supports the many services provided by Bridges. Just some of the services offered by Bridges includes home care for seniors, transitional homes for veterans, employment services for adults with disabilities, and group homes for individuals that need various forms of assistance. Mark Malek, a United States Patent Attorney based in Melbourne, Florida, proudly serves on the Board of Directors for The Bridges Foundation and encourages everyone to learn more about Bridges. Clearly, the Widerman Malek attorneys won the outfit competition, but placed second in the actual golf competition. Block Kids April 2015 Harrison Thalwitzer is 1st place winner for Kindergarten Block Kids Contest

 

Harrison Thalwitzer, the son of Widerman Malek, PL attorney Aaron Thalwitzer, has placed 1st in his kindergarten Block Kids contest! The firm sponsored the judges breakfast and we would like to express our sincere congratulations to Harrison and Aaron. Great job Harrison!

Widerman Malek, PL Attorneys Dan Pierron and Mark Malek attended the 2015 Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) Annual Meeting held in New Orleans from February 22 to February 25. AUTM is a network of professionals that generate innovations, license and develop innovations, and provide various services to organizations to help monetize those innovations. The annual meeting provided Dan and Mark opportunities to learn more about the various ways that Universities can monetize their innovations. The AUTM staff is thanked for putting on such a great event.
