Erin Bocinsky is an intellectual property attorney with a focus on trademark, copyright, and general business law.

Erin pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where she graduated with a degree in public relations. During her final year, she developed an interest in law through a course in mass communications law. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in May 2024.

While in law school, Erin worked as an intern in Widerman Malek’s trademark litigation department. She also interned with the 18^th Judicial Circuit Court, where she further honed her deductive and reasoning skills by observing criminal proceedings on a weekly basis. Her strong background in marketing allows Erin to bring a unique perspective to Widerman Malek, and she demonstrates this through her attentiveness and personal touch with clients.

Outside of the office, Erin loves to practice yoga and is a huge reader. She enjoys going to the beach and traveling with her husband and new baby boy.
