Jessica focuses her practice on intellectual property prosecution, litigation and civil matters. She works with individuals and companies to protect their trademarks, brands, patents, copyrights, and other works of art against infringement, so they can maximize business success in the marketplace.

Jessica believes that being a successful litigator means having real courtroom experience. As a Public Defender, she was in the courtroom daily including being lead counsel in jury trials and negotiations for settlement. Her ability to be effective inside and outside of the courtroom helps her to advise clients in their best interests and protect their ideas and inventions.

At Barry University School of Law, Jessica was an advocate on the Mock Trial Team and participated in the 20th Annual Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition and the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

As a Brevard County native, Jessica enjoys good food, great friends, and Cocoa Beach’s live music scene with her husband. When she’s not practicing law, you can find her in any kind of dance class or working out in a spin class.
