Bio:

Michelle Studstill is a seasoned family law practitioner and has chosen to dedicate her practice exclusively in the area of Family Law. Prior to joining Widerman Malek, PL she was a partner in the law firm of Nassar & Studstill, PL. where she also practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law. Michelle is active in various legal organizations at both the county and state level. She is currently the President-elect of the Brevard County Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the Brevard County Bar Association since 2013. Michelle is also active in the Vassar B. Carlton Inn of Court, serving on the Board of Directors as the CLE Chair She is a member of the Brevard County Association of Women Lawyers and served as a past member of the Board of Directors for the Brevard County Association for Women Lawyers. On the state level, Michelle was appointed to the Volunteer Bar Liaison Committee of the Florida Bar in 2012 and was re-appointed to the Committee until 2019.

Michelle frequently gives seminars on Divorce at the Women’s Center of Brevard and for the 18th Judicial Circuit.

Michelle and her husband Tom are the proud parents of four adult children. When she is away from the office she enjoys spending time boating, traveling, reading and attending Florida State football games.
