Rebecca K. Stoltenberg is an organized/motivated individual who focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianships, and adoptions. Her heart is for individuals and families with their personal needs and helping them create a legacy for their families.
Rebecca is an active learner who loves the ever-changing aspects of the legal field. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rebecca joined the litigation team at Widerman Malek in 2016 as a Florida Registered Paralegal working in numerous areas of law, including guardianships, probate litigation, civil litigation, and construction matters.
While simultaneously working full-time at Widerman Malek, Rebecca attended Barry Law School in Orlando, FL. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate in May 2022 and is a recent member of The Florida Bar. Rebecca also served as a legal intern in the Chief Counsel’s Office at Kennedy Space Center/NASA while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University.
As a Brevard County native, she enjoys CrossFit and listening to podcasts and audiobooks when she is not practicing law. She enjoys hiking in the mountains and being a German Shepherd parent.
