Widerman Malek, PL located in Melbourne, Florida, is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week with benefits) Law Office Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer telephone, as well as screen and direct calls accordingly
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to clients both over the phone and in-person
  • Receive and sort mail, as well as deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Open new client files
  • Manage client account activity

You must be an excellent communicator, well-organized, and proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a personable and professional presentation.

Experience in TABS billing software is a plus.
