Demian focuses on all matters related to United States Immigration and Nationality Law. Prior to practicing law, Demian was a United States Immigration Inspector with the Legacy Immigration & Naturalization Service, now U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He has extensive experience in U.S. immigration laws and procedures and trained in federal law enforcement techniques.
Charles provides guidance on all types of business, real estate, and estate planning matters. As an entrepreneur and experienced trial attorney, he will continue to provide advice to companies and individuals on buying or selling a business, purchasing real estate, creating business succession plans, and to develop wills, trusts & estate plan to protect his clients’ assets.
