Immigration Services and COVID-19 – Continuing to Assist Legal Needs of Our New and Existing Clients

In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, including the closings of businesses, schools, and government offices and courts around the country, the immigration department at Widerman Malek remains open and will continue to provide legal representation for most types of U.S. immigration cases.

What You Need to Know During the Crisis:

1. Safety – For the protection of our clients and staff, we have transitioned to telephone and Skype meetings for all legal matters for both new and existing clients.
2. U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services – The USCIS local offices and nationwide service centers are closed to the public, but the agency is currently continuing the adjudication of immigration benefits requests (applications and petitions). We will notify our clients of any changes.
3. Client Services and Procedures – Our immigration staff will continue to prepare and file immigration benefits cases with USCIS on behalf of existing and new clients using available technology and tools.
4. New Clients – We have decided to offer initial telephone consultations for up to 30 minutes for all new clients. Consultations can be scheduled by calling or emailing our firm or by submitting the contact form on our immigration services page.
