Japanese Patent Attorney Aki Ryuka visits with Widerman Malek Clients

On January 26, 2015, Widerman Malek, PL was honored to host their colleague, Japanese Patent Attorney, Aki RyukaMr. Ryuka was traveling to our area to attend the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) midyear meeting held in Orlando.  Mr. Ryuka started his visit at the Widerman Malek main office in Melbourne, FL where he met the attorneys and staff.  Thereafter, Mr. Ryuka presented a seminar on using foreign prior art searches and foreign patent prosecution proceedings to enhance the strength of United States Patents.  Clients of Widerman Malek, as well as Widerman Malek attorneys were in attendance.  Special thanks to the Scott Center for Autism Treatment at the Florida Institute of Technology for hosing this seminar.
