Widerman Malek, PL Obtains $3 million Judgment

Widerman Malek, PL is proud to announce that it has obtained a judgment in excess of $3 million in favor of the Glass Building Condominium Association, Inc.  The case arose due to an owner’s failure to pay a proportionate share of assessments owed to the Association as agreed to by all owners and due to, among other things, the owner’s failure to properly maintain the roof, which caused the vast majority of the damage to the rest of the iconic Glass Building.  The judgment will enable the Association to make much needed repairs, but will also benefit the community by allowing the Cocoa Beach property to be returned to a condition that will benefit the local residents once again.

The case is available through the Brevard County Clerk of Court and may be viewed by its case number: 05-2009-CA-046556.

Widerman Malek, PL maintains offices in Melbourne, Florida, Evansville, Indiana and the Washington, DC Area.  The firm primarily practices in the areas of intellectual property, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, land use, real estate, corporate formation, and asset protection.  For more information about the firm, please visit legalteamusa.net.
