Principal responsibilities trademark prosecution, responding to office actions, and litigation involving IP rights. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of trademark prosecution and litigation experience and admission to a state bar.
We offer competitive compensation starting at $82,000 for this position including generous and attainable bonuses in your first year, as well as a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, 401k and more.
