Attorney Jeffrey Smith joined the Celebration office of Widerman Malek in February of 2025 after serving as an associate attorney with The Orlando Law Group for 10 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law, HOA/COA matters and litigation, foreclosure defense, mediations, arbitrations before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and many other areas involving civil disputes and/or litigation.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Jeffrey was a technician with AT&T for almost two decades, and is also a Marine Corps veteran, having served in Gulf I in 1990 and in Somalia in 1992. He is a proud graduate of UCF in 2008 and Barry Law School in 2013.
Jeffrey and his wife are both avid scuba divers (with a preference for shark dives). While his wife prefers their frequent cruises in the Caribbean, especially on Disney Cruise Line, Jeffrey has discovered a new love in alpine skiing. On the slopes, he is a confident green, moderate blue, but has advanced from pizza to french fries, and they now have healthy debates over going above or below sea level for vacations.
