KELLY G. SWARTZ

Widerman Malek, PL is pleased to announce that Kelly G. Swartz of Ingenuity Law has joined the firm as a Patent Attorney. Swartz, a member of the Florida bar, graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in engineering and then graduated from Barry University School of Law.

Kelly practices in the areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets. She is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She joins WM’s commitment by giving back to her community as a member of the Junior League of South Brevard and a Justice Teaching volunteer which makes her a perfect fit for the Widerman Malek team.

While working for GE Harris Railway Electronics she was an inventor of U.S. Patent 6,896,339. When Ms. Swartz is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
