Yen Yu Chen is a Registered Patent Agent with over a decade of experience in U.S. and international patent practice. Her patent practice encompasses a broad range of technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing, memory devices, display systems, materials science, and advanced electronics and manufacturing processes.
Prior to joining the firm, Yen Yu served as a Senior Patent Engineer at a leading intellectual property firm in Taiwan. She subsequently worked independently, assisting clients with patent drafting, filing, and prosecution.
Yen Yu earned a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, with a minor in Economics, from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.
She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
