John is known for his steady leadership and legal acumen during high stakes matters and litigation.
John has been a keynote speaker educating the public on the law and presenting before chambers of commerce, business leaders, rotary clubs, and as a keynote speaker on behalf of the Florida Bar’s Speaker Bureau in front of a county bar association ranging in topics from litigation, discovery practices, and conducting depositions. The Florida Bar Speakers Bureau promotes the understanding of the role of the judicial branch of government; the Constitution; the rule of law; and the role judges, lawyers and juries play the administration of justice through its Benchmarks program.
John has been featured by the Melbourne Regional Chamber on their podcast, 411 on the 321: Tales, Tenets, and Tips from Space Coast Business Leaders, in Season 3, Episode 8 where John discusses his path to becoming a lawyer and how the law firm handles legal issues. Furthermore, John has been featured as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2022 through 2025 for business litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, John operated Frazier Law, P.A., as a sole practitioner and was heavily involved in many areas of litigation and trial work; as a result, John has extensive trial experience and feels at home in a courtroom. John spent time as a “runner” for Widerman Malek in his youth and has worked his way up to becoming partner. John is the first and only attorney within his family and lettered in track and football, locally, at Melbourne High School.
John has served as a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement of the Space Coast delivering K-12 programs that foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills to local classrooms.
John served as an officer and maintains a role as acting legal counsel for Downtown Melbourne/Melbourne Main Street. Melbourne Main Street is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works to build public and private partnerships to revitalize Historic Downtown Melbourne. An accredited Main Street part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Melbourne Main Street’s mission is to fuel economic growth by capitalizing on the community’s assets and paying particular attention to the physical, cultural, and social identity of Downtown Melbourne.
Since 2022, John was appointed to serve on the Business Advisory Board of the City of West Melbourne. The board was established in 2009 to advise the City Council on how the City can implement measures that will promote, improve, and meet the needs of commercial establishments. This includes determining the commercial needs of citizens and businesses, surveying existing businesses, inventory of vacant commercial land and buildings, and recommending methods to enhance and promote business activity.
John is a graduate of the Leadership Brevard Class of 2020; a program founded in 1985 to develop Brevard’s top talent positioned to utilize leadership skills for the long-term benefit of the community.
John and (mostly – if not entirely) his wife have helped organize Memorial Walks in Melbourne for Emma’s Footprints (located in Erie, PA) to raise funds (and awareness) to support the mission of assisting families dealing with pregnancy and infant loss.
Outside of the law and official capacities, John enjoys fishing, golfing, cooking (he fancies himself a chef of some sort), technology/computers, coaching Little League, and rooting for the Florida State Seminoles. However, more than anything else, John is motivated by his “why,” which consists of his beautiful wife, Courtney, and their family.
