Mills Joins Widerman Malek

Melbourne, FL (June 11, 2020) – Attorney Darren J. Mills has joined the law firm Widerman Malek.

Mills focuses his practice on representing clients in all matters related to elder law, special needs, taxes, estate planning and asset protection, and small business bankruptcy.

Mills is a licensed attorney in Florida, New Jersey, Arizona (voluntary inactive) and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a certified public accountant in the states of Florida and New Jersey as well as a holder of the ChFC® and CLU® designations from The American College.

He obtained his B.S. in accounting and J.D. from Seton Hall University. He also has a Masters in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University where he was inducted into Tau Alpha Chi, a national tax honor society. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP, worked for KPMG LLP and was a tax partner at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP and Alvarez & Marsal Taxand LLC before beginning his law practice.
